Prove It Fitness Coach is built on a simple principle: your data belongs to you. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
The app collects the following data that you enter directly:
All data you enter is stored locally on your device only. We do not operate servers, databases, or cloud storage for your personal data. Your data does not leave your device except as described below.
When you use the AI coaching features (weekly report and post-workout coaching messages), a summary of your weekly activity data is sent to Anthropic's API to generate your coaching message. This includes aggregated statistics such as number of sessions, weekly score, and general activity patterns — not your full history. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy.
Prove It Pro subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple's Privacy Policy governs all payment processing.
We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising networks. We do not serve ads. We do not track you across apps or websites.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the AI coaching features described above.
Prove It Fitness Coach is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Because all your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it at all times. You can delete all app data at any time from within the app via Settings → Reset app. Deleting the app from your device removes all locally stored data permanently.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
